About Fehr Engineering
Goal:
Our goal at Fehr Engineering Company, Inc. is to provide value engineering design services on each and every project to insure that the needs, desires and requirements of our clients are satisfied in the most cost-effective manner possible, while remaining consistent with sound engineering practices. It is our belief that the result of such efforts not only minimizes construction costs, but also insures the best true value for the Owner's invested dollar.
To achieve our goal, our Project Managers are in constant communication with each other and the chief electrical engineer. Information regarding experiences, methods, costs, approaches and solutions to various project aspects is continually exchanged. As a project is developed, it is reviewed by one of the Project Managers not assigned to the project, for an objective and unbiased critique with regards to achieving our company goal of cost effective design.
History:
Fehr Engineering Company, Inc. was established in Monterey, California on August 1, 1965 by Dale J. Fehr, P.E. The company was incorporated in January 1997 by Dale J. Fehr and Thomas E. Pinkerton. Thomas E. Pinkerton became President in 2003. He moved the company to Watsonville, California in 2004 and relocated to Aptos, California in 2012.
Fehr Engineering Company, Inc. provides complete electrical systems planning, design, construction documents, estimating, and construction support services for all types of facilities including commercial, educational, government, industrial, institutional, medical, recreational and residential.
